I know everyone has their own experience, but mine was very negative. Took my Toro lawnmower for repair that was under warranty. Took on the 20th of April, haven"t heard from him for a week so I went by on the 27th of April. he said he was waiting for the part and said he didn't know when he would get it. had a very casual attitude about it. Waited another week and no info. I went by again and still no part, he said he would call me with an update tomorrow. (Jun 2) By 1PM he hasn"t called so I called and left a message to call me but he never did. Finally decided to just get my mower back after I read some of the other Google Reviews. I pulled up on the lot and backed my car in the the trunk opened. Obviously, didn't plan to be there long. When I walked in he had a couple of other customers he was somewhat busy. Before he spoke to me he said "He I'm sorry your blocking my driveway from all my other customers getting in" he has very LIMITED PARKING!!!! and it's not like people are constantly coming in and out leaving lawnmowers. My mom and I took our weed whacker there that was taken apart that we thought was broken. and we couldn't get it back together. He popped it back together for us with some assistance of another employee. He didn't even charge us! Very ethical business.And he's very funny too.

I dropped off my 1-year old Ego mower for fixing at this shop over a month ago and was told to wait for a few weeks due to the warranty claim process. After a month, I still haven't heard back. So I tried call them. However, I wasn't able to get through except once, when the owner promised to get back to me within 10min about whether the mower was fixed. Four days later, I'm still waiting for their response. The biggest problem is that I can no longer get back in touch with them anymore. The owner has likely blocked my phone number as my calls directly got into the voice mail. I called Ego service. They told me that they have no record of them claiming the warranty service. I don't know what the owner is trying to achieve here with his customer. If you can't fix it or don't intend to fix it, just let me know. I'll just pick it up and bring it to another service provider. Not communicating with your customer is not acceptable. -------------update----------------- The week after escalating the case with EGO (this is their authorized warranty service shop), the shop finally got back to me saying that the mower would be fixed in a week. Paid 85 dollars and waited over a week for my generators carburetor just to get it back with the same dirty fuel and dirty exterior. There was a part missing when I got my machine back, and after being told I was lying, they found it. I paid for them to clean the tank but still had the same old stale fuel I left it with. It's definitely not worth my money.

Very excellent honest people here! Bring or buy your equipment here! See for yourself! Five stars for sure! Javier is amazing! I highly recommend them for your needs! They also carry fertilizer and more. Love the friendly service. Brought my friends lawnmower to Javier because the throttle was stuck wide open! He fixed it in about 15 minutes and did not charge a penny! Wow, what a great place and Javier is outstanding!!!!!
